I definitely agree that few people even know of this glitch. Included in Stewie's Tweaks so redundant. Though the best thing to do would be just creating your own patches. If you haven't done so already I suggest at the very least checking it in FNVEdit to make sure it hasn't done anything weird. They tend not to work all that well and could cause issues down the road. Not a fan of Bashed patches myself or any fully automated patches for that matter. I doubt it works and even if it does, I doubt it does so particularly well. This is so ancient that it's not even compatible with this version of the game. It has everything in 1 file and any features you don't want to use can be disabled.

In fact you are using several 'Just' mods so why use Just mods Assorted instead. I suggest Getting Just Loot instead unless you play with a controller.

Stewie's Tweaks has all you need for save games included so this is redundant.

Canceling mid reload also prevents the glitch.Д¬onsidering this seems like a rather minor visual glitch, that relies on specific circumstances to even occur. And only when not aiming down sights, exclusively in first person mode.
